Shipping & No-Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders in the order they are received. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

2. Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the mistake is on our part.

You may qualify for a replacement or correction only if:

  • You received the wrong item,

  • The item arrived damaged due to our packaging error, or

  • There was a clear mistake made by us during fulfillment.

In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo documentation (if applicable)

If it is confirmed to be our mistake, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
